CONFORMITY TO DESCRIPTION
Upon purchase of a Davidson product, the purchaser accepts that Davidson products are handcrafted from natural materials. While Davidson perform every effort to conform to description - slight variations in size, colour and material performance may occur. Sales collateral such as material samples, photographs, drawings and any other particulars associated or involved in the sale of the goods, is used for reference purposes only. We will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies. We are constantly developing and refining our pieces - due to this some design alterations may occur that differ from the photographs and specifications provided.
SHIPPING
On acceptance of an order, we may confirm the period of shipment or delivery. This is subject to change depending on your destination and any circumstances that are out of the control of Davidson.
Orders are shipped out once per week. All orders received prior to 10:00 AEST each Thursday will be dispatched on Friday. Any orders received after this time, will be dispatched the Friday of the following week. The purchaser will receive confirmation of shipment via email.
Davidson and our freight partners accept no liability for any loss or damage if you give authority for the courier to leave the Goods with a third party or left unattended.
We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access not advised in writing and if the nominated site is not ready to accept the Goods on the date agreed upon. If you fail to provide us with any appropriate instructions, documents, licences or authorisations for the delivery to be completed, we reserve the right to Invoice you all additional costs that this may incur.
For international deliveries, Davidson takes no responsibility for any taxes or duties incurred once the Goods leave the hands of Davidson.

All orders within Australian metro areas include free shipping and are expected to arrive within 2 weeks from order confirmation. For all international or remote area deliveries, we may contact you separately to provide a shipment quote and time frame.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Orders are final once invoice payment has been made. Please choose carefully, as all our pieces are hand made in small seasonal runs only. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind. We want you to love your Davidson piece and are happy to offer guidance and advice prior to purchase. Please contact us at hello@davidson.studio so we can help you make the right selection.
Inspection of all products is required upon delivery. Notification of any damages or shortages in performance is required within 48 hours. Damages and shortages will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For all return enquires direct your notification to hello@davidson.studio.
If a return is agreed upon, the purchaser agrees to return the Goods in their original condition within the timeframe provided by Davidson. If failure to do so and damage is incurred in transit to Davidson, all costs will be directed to the purchaser. Davidson maintains the right to withhold a refund until the returned product has been assessed.
Refunds for the dissatisfaction with irregularities in colour, size and pattern because of natural variations of which Davidson has no control, will not be accepted. Presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the handmade. This is accepted when the Sale is processed. Please refer to care instructions for what to expect when receiving your product.
GENERAL
Agreement means a contract between Davidson (us/we) and Purchaser (you) for the sale and purchase of the Goods.
Goods mean physical goods agreed by both parties to be supplied by Davidson to the purchaser.
Davidson reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND AMENDMENTS
Once the agreed payment has been received by Davidson, your order from the corresponding purchase will be processed. Any request for subsequent changes must be submitted in writing and will be subject to availability. There is no guarantee that the requested change can be made.
PRICE
All prices for Goods processed on Davidson’s online store are quoted in AUD. GST is included at checkout.
For all International Orders - Invoices do not include GST.
Unless otherwise stated by us in writing, the prices exclude installation, insurance in transit, handling charges or any other charge for a Good.
WARRANTY
Davidson provide the following warranty terms and conditions for all Davidson products.
All warranty questions or claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser. Images and proof of manufacturing faults and defects may be requested. The warranty is only valid if a valid claim is made within the Warranty Period in accordance with the following guidelines. Please read the guidelines carefully before filing a claim.

Davidson guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 24 months from the date of original delivery.
The warranty guarantee does not cover:
- Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.
- Changes caused by normal wear and tear.
- Any damage caused by lack of proper maintenance. Please see detailed care instructions.
- Any damage due to an accident or force.
- Degradation of material caused by environmental factors.
